World Cocktail Day on May 13 has us cheering for handcrafted cocktails and mocktails around the globe. We invite you to celebrate a colorful journey around the world with 13 AMPR favorites and easy-to-replicate recipes brought to you by some of our clients in Jamaica, Antigua, Costa Rica and Greece, plus a special toast goes out to the newly renovated, iconic Bar Fitzgerald in France. 2 oz Finest call Strawberry purée
1½ oz. Monte Silver Tequila
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. lime Juice
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender with two cups of ice. Rim tall glass with sugar, then pour frozen drink into glass and garnish it with a pineapple slice and cherry.
Sunset Cooler Mocktail
Preparation: Fill hurricane glass with crushed ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass and top with soda water. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
Elevator
Preparation: Pour all ingredients in a shaker. Shake 4 times. Serve over ice. Garnish glass with lime or pineapple wedge.

Tropics Cooler Mocktail
Preparation: Fill hurricane glass with crushed ice. Pour orange juice, pineapple juice and mango purée into the shaker and shake well. Pour mixture over ice and top with a splash of ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Rasta Colada
Preparation: Pour rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a tall glass. Pour grenadine and blue curacao as layers.

Mocktail version: Substitute the rum with a little more coconut water.
Preparation: acerate the avocado. Add all the ingredients to a mixer and blend for 20 seconds. Serve in a chilled glass.

“In April, the family reopened the heart of the five-star hotel, Piano Bar Fitzgerald, following two years of work and an $800,000 outlay. Zelda and Scott used to listen to their gramophone in this nook of the hotel, and a countless number of celebrities have partied here over the last century. The literary and historic importance of the bar, a member of the Cafés Historiques et Patrimoniaux d’Europe, meant it was one of the last pieces of the hotel to be revamped. The renovation puts the bar in line with the rest of the refreshed 43-room hotel, known for its aforementioned Michelin-starred chef and world-class spa treatments.”
