The Store at The Ilisian – Athens, Greece
The Store at The Ilisian is a 325 m² (approx. 3,500 sq ft) modern emporium at the heart of Conrad Athens The Ilisian, operated by Andria Mitsakos through her Anthologist platform. Reinterpreting the cultural heyday of the great department stores through a contemporary, editorial lens, The Store brings a singular retail concept to Athens, joining Mitsakos’ existing spaces at Parīlio and Cosme on Paros and the forthcoming Eréma on Milos. Over 90% of the assortment is exclusive, spanning fine jewelry, ready-to-wear, beauty, furniture, lighting, and home objects from global designers, independent makers, and Greek artisans, alongside vintage textiles, one-of-a-kind ceramics, antique books, and handmade pieces sourced from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Latin America, and West Africa.
The Store is also home to the world’s first permanent Monocle shop-in-shop and debuts work from the newly launched Anthologist Lab mentoring program for emerging artisans.
